Josh Bergmann a 23 year old from Ojai, California, living with Muscular Dystrophy. He writes songs, plays guitar, Mandolin, and sings.

Josh says "Music is my passion and as many of my muscle groups progressively waste away I am doing all I can with my passion for music while I can". Josh's disability has kept him from employment and he has spent the majority of his time trying to establish something of a music career. He adds "although with the nature of my progressive disease there's no way to know what my future holds".

He adds "What I do know is that I want to do as much with music as I can and I would be very appreciative of any help you folks can offer me".

Josh heads up a band called The Rose Valley Thorns, an alt-bluegrass band that plays original and traditional material. He adds "I am working to move forward with this, as well as my own musical career as a solo musician or otherwise".
